Community and events fundraising executive

Legacy and in memory marketing manager (maternity cover)

We're looking for an experienced fundraising or marketing professional or consultant with a proven track record legacy and in memory campaigns. You will develop and implement campaigns that create awareness, inspire action, and ultimately help secure future legacy and in memory gifts for the Macular Society.

Assistant accountant (maternity cover)

Closing date: Tuesday 16 September 2025 Location: Based in Andover, Hampshire (hybrid working, 3 days in the office per week) Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 pro-rata - Full time - 22.5 hours per week

The role of assistant accountant supports the finance team to maintain the accuracy of the Society’s purchase ledger, using the Sage Intacct accounting system, as well as producing accurate ad hoc analyses and perform a range of other month end, reconciliation, banking and filing duties.

Head of partnerships

Closing date: Sunday 05 October 2025 Location: Home or office based - including occasional travel across the UK, and to our office in Andover. Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 pro-rata - full time - 37.5 hours per week

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Head of partnerships who can help us to secure the corporate partnerships that Beat Macular Disease. Perfect for someone stepping up from a senior partnerships manager or equivalent role, you’ll act as the ‘head’ and ‘shoulders’ of our corporate team.
